HARRISBURG – The Senate Game and Fisheries Committee will hold a public hearing to examine the health, importance and economic impact of the state’s elk herd on Thursday, September 11 at 2 p.m. in the Keystone Elk Country Visitor’s Center Outdoor Classroom in Benezette.
According to Committee Chairman Senator Richard Alloway II (R-33), the hearing will feature testimony from representatives of the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Keystone Elk Country Alliance.
