  • Senate Bill 77 (Alloway) – Bill Summary, Printer’s Number 0053- amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for dog training areas.
  • Senate Bill 737 (Hutchinson) – Bill Summary, Printer’s Number 0763- amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, further providing for the limited use of semi-automatic sporting rifles for the hunting of coyotes and woodchucks.
  • House Bill 263 (Gabler) – Bill Summary, Printer’s Number 0267- amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the removal of the restriction on air, chemical or gas cylinder powered firearms for hunting.
  • House Bill 455 (M.K. Keller) – Bill Summary, Printer’s Number 0503- amends Title 34 (Game), Subchapter B (relating to Destruction for Agricultural Protection), Section 2126 (relating to unlawful activities) by repealing subsection (a) (6), which currently provides that it is unlawful to refuse to answer, without evasion, any pertinent question pertaining to the killing or wounding of any game or wildlife, or the disposition of the game or wildlife when questioned by a representative of the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
